高中新旧政治教材对比研究 ——人教版 1996 年版与 2004 年版政治常识教材比较 摘 要 我国正在进行的新一轮基础教育改革是一场人才培养模式的变革，教材改革 是基础教育改革的重要内容之一。在人才作为 21 世纪最为稀缺资源的时代背景 下，对于作为培养人才重要载体的教材就需要进一步地探讨和研究，为以后总结 和编写出较为实用和科学的教材。因此，研究教材的历史演变，总结各个时期教 材的不同特点，总结思想政治教材的编写经验，促进教材编写的科学化就显得尤 为必要和迫切。同时研究教材的历史演变，对一线教师更好地理解和使用新教材 也有一定的帮助作用。 本文主要采用文献分析法和对比研究方法，以人民教育出版社 1996 年版高 三政治常识教材和 2004 版高中思想政治 （政治生活）两版教材为载体，通过文 本对比从新旧教材在课程理念、教材结构、教材具体内容和教材呈现方式等四个 角度来对比它们之间的不同，在此基础上总结了新教材与旧教材相比所取得的可 喜成绩及不足之处。本文的新颖之处在于只立足于高中政治教材政治常识部分的 比较，切入点较小，因而对于所讨论的问题在现实生活中就具有一定的实践意义。 最后笔者还对教材改革提出了一些自己的思考：新教材更好地处理了教材与生活 的关系、更好地处理了教材与教学的关系、更好地处理了教材与学生学习方式的 关系、更好地处理了教材与教育评价的关系。 关键字：高中思想政治课程标准 高中思想政治教材 教材改革 High School new and old political textbook Comparative study ——PEP 1996 edition and 2004 edition textbook knowledge of comparative politics Abstract New round of Chinas ongoing reform of basic education is a change in personnel training mode, teaching reform is the basis of an important part of education reform.
