毕业论文 （20_ _届） 嘉兴承接国际服务外包的对策分析 摘 要 国际服务外包已成为产业转移的重要机遇，如何更好地承接国际服务外包成为了一个值得探讨和研究的问题。 本文首先通过对外包涵义的归纳总结服务外包和国际服外包的内涵，两者的区别及国内外学者关于服务外包的探讨研究，明确分析了目前嘉兴在承接国际服务外包方面的现状：起步较晚，但是发展迅速，仍处于起步阶段。其次通过SWOT分析，在肯定了嘉兴承接国际服务外包的成就外，也提出并分析了所存在的问题和困难，如服务外包企业偏小、高端服务外包人才缺乏等，从SO、WO、ST、WT关键词：SWOT分析；嘉兴；对策Abstract International service outsourcing has become an important opportunity for industry transfer and how to develop international service outsourcing better has become a problem worthy of study and research. Firstly, the paper summarizes the meaning of outsourcing, what is the service outsourcing, what is the international service outsourcing and the distinction between domestic and foreign scholars of on service outsourcing. This paper analyzes clearly about the current in terms of international service outsourcing status: A late start, but developing rapidly. Secondly, through SWOT analysis, Jiaxing confirmed the achievements of international service outsourcing, but also presents and analyzes the problems and difficulties, such as lacking of big enterprises in this field and high-end service outsourcing talents etc. The paper analyzes four different strategies how Jiaxing develops international service outsourcing from SO, WO, ST, WT.
