毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波出口信用险业务发展对策研究 摘 要 出口信用保险是一国政府为支持和鼓励本国出口而设立的以国家基金为后盾的政策性保险。通过对宁波市中小企业运用出口信用险的研究，充分利用出口信用保险这一政策性金融工具，可以帮助宁波出口企业采取灵活的贸易结算方式，获得更多的贸易机会，防范收汇风险，支持宁波出口企业“走出去”，加速经济发展。 宁波在出口信用保险业务的发展中，也存在管理机制不健全、风险资本金匮乏、宣传力度不足，出口信用风险评估体系不完善等问题。本文以中国信保宁波分公司为例，通过对出口信用险制约因素的分析及借鉴国际经验，从政府、保险机构及出口企业三个层面对宁波发展和完善的出口信用保险业务提出了对策。 关键词：出口信用保险；国际贸易Abstract Export credit insurance is a government to support and encourage their exports to national funds established policy backed insurance.
