毕业论文 （20_ _届） 利用外资对宁波产业结构升级的影响研究 摘 要 随着改革开放的不断深入，宁波利用外资成果显著，对宁波经济发展起到了重要的作用，促进了宁波全市结构的优化，推动了工业的产业结构升级、出口贸易的发展、综合实力的提高，但是同时，也加剧了宁波三大产业结构的不平衡，对我国环境造成了一定的压力。 因此，宁波必须从实际出发，转变招商引资观念，以优化产业结构为核心目标，改善环境、调整完善政策、创新方法、加强对引进技术管理，使外资引进的数量和质量能得到进一步提高；在利用外资的策略上重视相关联环节，完善产业集群，积极融入跨国公司产业链，鼓励外商投资现代农业, 加速服务业的开放, 促进外资向第三产业薄弱行业流动,从而促进经济结构调整和产业结构的优化，并令利用外资朝着一个健康有序的方向发展。 关键词：Abstract With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, Using foreign investment in Ningbo have achieved remarkable results, has played an important role in Ningbo Economic Development ,promoting the optimization of the structure of Ningbo city, promoting the industrial upgrading of industrial structure ,export trade and the increasing of comprehensive strength, but in the other hand, exacerbating the imbalance of the three major industries in Ningbo, making some pressure on our countries’ environment. Therefore, Ningbo must procee from reality, change the concept of investment, be as the core objective of optimizing industrial structure, improve the environment, adjust and improve policies, innovative ways, enhance the introduction technology management, to improve the foreign investments quantity and quality; Emphasising on strategic in using foreign capital associated links, to improve the industrial clusters, actively integrate into the multinational corporation chain, encourage foreign investment in modern agriculture, accelerate the opening up of service industries, to promote foreign trade flow to the third weakness industry ,then promote the economic restructuring and industrial structures Optimization, and to make foreign capital using in the direction to a healthy and orderly development .
