Method The standards were reviewed by experts one by one, and made the final conclusion through taking the meeting. Result Among the 860 standards, 14 standards would be still valid; 45 standards would be inte- grated; 39 standards would be revised; 15 standards would be discontinued; and 747 standards were suggested not to include in national food safety standards system. And the national food safety standards system for food product was drafted. Conclusion By the review, the food product standards would be analyzed systematically, and the principles of establishing food product safety standards were also discussed, which would be helpful to improve the food product standards system.
