维普资讯 四川大 学 学 报 医 学版 JSichuanUniv (M edSciEdi?、 2…oo5，；36(3)：●4。oVo。一4。Vo3 Ed 食品中大肠埃希菌耐药性与整合子的关系研究 李灶平，刘衡川△，刘 渠 1．IgtJll大学华西公共-rl~_学院 医学检验教研室 (成都 610041)；2．深圳市龙岗区疾病预防控制中心 【摘要】 目的 研究食品中大肠埃希菌的整合子携带情况及其与耐药性之间的关系。方法 PCR检测细菌总 DNA 中1、2、3类整合酶基因，确定细菌携带整合子的情况。阳性菌株进一步检测整合子的可变区，分析插入基因 盒的序列。结果 50株大肠埃希菌中19株携带 1类整合子，2株携带2类整合子，集中分布在对4种以上抗生素耐 药的菌株中。插入基因盒主要是 dfr和aadA类基因盒，各种基因盒组合中最常见的是 dfrl7-aadA5。结论 细菌的 多重耐药性与整合子携带高度一致，但是单个菌株的耐药谱与整合子的耐药基因盒缺乏对应关系。 【关键词】 整合子 耐药性 大肠埃希菌 食品 【中图分类号】 R378．991 RelationshipbetweenAntibioticResistanceandIntegronsofEscherichiacoliIsolatedfrom Food LIZao—ping．￡-f￡， Heng-chuan ，LIUOu． DepartmentofMedicalTechnology，WestChinaSchoolof PublicHealth，Sichuan University，Chengdu 610041，China [Abstract] Objective ToinvestigatetherelationshipbetweenantibioticresistanceofEscherichiacolistrains isolatedfrom foodandtheintegronstheyharbored．Methods PCRsamplifyingintlgeneandthevariableregion betweentheconservedsegments (CS—PCR)wereperformedforclass1，class2，andclass3integron．Andthe integroncontentofeveryisolatewascharacterizedbyRFLPanalysisandsequencing．Results 19of50isolates wereidentifiedasbeingpositiveforintegrase1geneinthegenomicDNA ，ofwhich13haddetectableamplification productsforCS—PCR．TwoE．co|iisolateshadclass2integron．Alltheintegron—positivestrainswereresistancetO at least 4 antibiotics． Mostof the gene cassettes integrated in the integrons conferred resistance against trimethoprim andstreptomycin—spectinomycin，andtheintegronswiththedfr17一aadA5genecassettescombination werepredominant．SomestrainswithdifferentantibioticresistanceprofileOrplasmidprofilewerefoundtOhave the same integron．Conclusion There wasa good correlation between Integron—carrying and the antibiotic resistancaofEscherichiacolistrainsisolatedfrom food，butintermsofanindividualstrain，itsantibioticprofile wa
