而脑出血患者 14d血清s工CAM-1含量明显高于48h士的血清 sICAM-1含量 (t=3.333,P0.005)。脑梗死48h1和14d血清s工CAM-1含量与单发梗死体积有明显相关性 (r=0.438,P 0.05;r=0.537,P0.05). 结论:细胞间粘附分子吐与脑梗死的发生发展密切相关，其含量受脑血管病危险因素、梗死体积等多种因素影响。关键词:可溶性细胞间粘附分子一1;急性脑血管病 TheLevelsofSerumSolubleIntercellularAdhesion Molecule-1inPatientwithAcuteCerebrovascular DiseaseandItsClinicalSignificance Abstract Objective:Intercellularadhesionmolecule-1(IC-AM-1)is responsibleforthepathogeneticroleinexperimentalanimal modelsofstroke.ICAM-1isexpressedatlow levelson microvesselsendo-thelialcellsinnormalcondition.Incerebral isch-emia endothelialcells are activated and ICAM-1 is upregulated.ICAM-1canbereleasedintothebloodandbecome solubleintercellularadhesionmole-cule-1(sICAM-1),whichcan easilybequantiliedinperipheralblood.ICAM-1integratewith LFA-1(lymphocytefunction-associatedantigenl),whichis responsibleforadhesionofmononuclearandgranulocytes.This studyaimedtodefinethekineticsofsolubleintercellularadhesion mole-cule-1inserum levelsaftercerebralischemiaandtheir correlationwiththeclinicaloutcome，infarctvolumeasmeasured onCTscans,andtherelevanceofvascularriskfactors.
