临床医学论文-1000例泌尿生殖道感染患者三种病原体检验结果分析 【关键词】? 淋病奈瑟菌 　　［摘? 要］ 目的：了解男、女患者对淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体三种病原体的易感性是否存在差异以及淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体三种病原体在可疑人群中的感染情况。方法：对来自本院门诊的1 000例(男360例、女640例)疑为泌尿生殖道感染的标本，用多聚酶链反应(PCR)分别检测淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体。结果：淋病奈瑟菌在可疑人中的感染率88／1 000(8．8％)，其中男性30／360(8．0％)、女性58／640(9．1％)，沙眼衣原体感染率198／1 000(19．8％)，其中男性77/360(21．4％)、女性121／640(19．0％)，解脲支原体感染率321/1 000(32．1％)，男性66／360(18.3%)、女性255/640(40％)，三重复合感染0．7％,二重复合感染8.3%。结论：淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体男、女性感染率无差异(P0．05)，解脲支原体男、女感染率差异非常显著(P0．01)。淋病奈瑟菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体三种病原体在可疑人中的感染率分别为8．8％、19．8％、32．1％，差异非常显著(P0．01)。 　　［关键词］ 淋病奈瑟菌；沙眼衣原体；解脲支原体；感染率；性别差异 　　Sdudies on the Infection Status of Nersseria Gonorrhoeae Chlamydia Trachomatis and Ureaplasma Urealyticum in 1 000 Patients 　　Abstract:Objective To sdudies on the infeetion status of Nersseria gonorrhoeae(NG)，Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) in the 1 000 patlents and on the difference of infection rates of nersseria gonorrhoeae，Chlamydia and Mycoplasma in man and male．Methods NG，Ct and Uu were detectcd by polymer ase chainreaction(PCR)．Results The positire rate of NG was 8．8％(88/1 000) in the men was 8．0％(30／360)and the males was 9．1％(58／640)；Ct was 19．8％(198／1 000) in the men was 21．4％(77／360)and the males was 19．0％(121／640);Uu was 32．1％(321/1 000) in the men was 18．3％(66／360)and the males was 40％(255／640)．The compound positive rate of the three kinds and two kinds were 0．7％ and 8．3％ respectively.Conelusion The infection rates of NG was 8．8％，Ct was 19．8％ and Uu was 32．1％ in the 1 000 patlents,thich were lowwer than the records of literature respectively.There were no significant difference between the men and males in the infection rates of NG (P0．05)，Ct wad also，but there was very significant difference between the men and males in the infection rates of Uu. 　　Key words:Ncrsseria gonorrhoeae;Chlamydia traehomatis;Ureaplasma urealyticum；The infeetion rates；The difference of sex ??? 由淋病奈瑟菌(NG)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、解脲支原体(Uu)三种病原体引起的泌尿生殖道感染已成为医院妇科、皮肤性病科、泌尿生殖科的常见疾病，这三种病原体的感染大多是经过性接触途经传播，然而，我们在日
