Research on the improvement of the educational technology ability training result in Ordos City
中 文 摘 要
为加快基础教育信息化进程,适应全面实施素质教育和基础教育课程改革要求,教育部启动实施了全国中小学教师教育技术能力建设计划。按照教育部的相关要求,内蒙古自治区教育厅相应地组织开展了全区中小学教师教育技术培训及能力水平测试工作。在此背景下,鄂尔多斯市的中小学教师教育技术能力全员培训与考试也在有序进行,分步推进。
本论文采用了学习反应信息分析法、调查法结合访谈法,对前一阶段鄂尔多斯市中小学教师教育技术能力培训与考试情况进行深入地分析与研究,以期能够发现培训工作中存在的主要问题,提高培训效果的新方法和新途径在回答问题的过程中存在着随机性,对于教育技术相关知识的理解和掌握也不够充分对个别人员进行访谈,诊断当前鄂尔多斯市教育技术能力培训工作中ABSTRACT
Along with the development of modern Science and Technology, modern science and technology, the social development made the education technology become the demand for Education. Each educator must have a deep understanding of that the education technology is important in education and teaching, and its application is necessity and urgency. All kinds of school’s teachers must keep up with the pace of development of science and technology, try hard to master and apply the modern education technology, to improve their quality, to adapt the requirement of modern education. The education technology training and exam is the effective ways to raise the ability of education technology and to promote teachers professional ability.
This thesis use the Student Problem Chart analysis method, questionnaire survey method and interview method, to analysis and research the condition of the previous stage of the educational technology training and examination in Ordos city, in order to find out the primal problem in the training, put forward new methods and new approaches to improve the effect of training.
This thesis use the S-P table and sampling survey method processing and analysis the exam results of educational technology in Ordos city, find out the primal problem in the examination is: most of the persons who participate in the testing, is random when they answer the questions, for the understanding and mastery of the educational technology knowledge is not sufficient.
