This paper analyses the current theory and application of safety management information system. In the context of innovative talents training of safety and safety technology innovation, the author proposals of building a “Safety Education Management Information System” on a foothold by safety personnel training and research project management, this make the study scope of Safety Management Information System extends to the teaching and scientific research institutions of safety.
