探讨变换一种作业方式达到改善北京西站咽喉能力 提高机车运用效率的建议 任成贵，李建军，马晓玲，吴艳莲，陈慧文 （北京铁路局石家庄办事处，石家庄 050000 ）1 摘要：北京西站曾有“亚洲第一大站”之称，其接发送旅客的站台及始发终到、通过列车的到发线，基本与日本东 京火车站地上设施近似，但实际旅客到发送及列车接发能力相差甚远。由于该站东、西咽喉列车进出及调车作业 交叉频繁，机车入库在站停留等待时间长，加大了机车乘务员不必要的劳动强度，存在降低咽喉能力的问题。本 文结合现场观察，探讨改变一种作业或者管理方式达到问题的解决，缓解车站咽喉运输压力，提高机车运用效率， 有效地降低机车乘务员等待作业时间，有利节约减少支出。 关键词：铁路运输；咽喉能力； 机车效率； 变化作业； 建议 Change Operation Mode to Improve Locomotive Operation Efficiency of Beijing West Railway Station REN Chenggui, LI Jianjun, MA Xiao ling, WU Yanlian, CHEN Huiwen (Shijiazhuang Office of Beijing Raiwlay Administration, 100, Xinhua Road, Shijiazhuang, 050000) Abstract: Beijing West Railway Station was once called the first railway station of Asia. The Ground infrastructures including passenger platforms, starting and terminal stations, departure and arrival tracks, etc. are basically the same as those in Japan, however, the receiving and delivery capacity for trains and passengers of Beijing West Railway Station can not compete with that in Japan. Due to the throat areas in the west and east ends where trains coming in/out and shunting service are crossing and frequently operated, locomotives spend a long time to wait for entering into the depot and the workload for locomotive attendants is unnecessarily increased. The paper, based on field observation and reflection, discusses approaches to change the operation or management to relieve the pressure at throat areas, improve locomotive efficiency, reduce the waiting time of loco attendants and cut down costs.
