轨道交通杂散电流强度对
管道电位分布影响数值模拟研究

摘要:本文采用数值仿真技术研究了不同杂散电流强度影响下 Q235 钢的电位分布。研究表
明:在无牺牲阳极保护下,在电流流出端,Q235 明显被阳极极化,在 15mA、50mA 和 100mA
杂散电流影响下,电流流出端分别被极化到-636mV、-559mV 和-500mV,杂散电流越强,阳
极区阳极极化程度越大,腐蚀越严重;在有牺牲阳极保护条件下,Q235 钢得到良好的保护,
即使在电流流出端阴极保护电位也分别达到了-1000mV、-870mV 和-780mV,达到阴极保护最
低电位要求,杂散电流腐蚀被有效地抑制。最后数值模拟结果与实验室实测结果对比表明,
数值仿真技术可准确模拟管道杂散电流影响电位分布,为杂散电流腐蚀研究提供一种方便、
快捷、有效的手段。

Study the effect of stray current of urban rail on pipeline’s
potential distribution by numerical simulation

Abstract: In this paper, numerical simulation technique was used to simulate the
potential distribution when the Q235 steel was influenced by different strength
stray current. The simulation results suggested that Q235 steel was obviously anodic
polarized in the current-out zone when there was no cathodic protection, the
potential of that zone was about -636mV, -559mV and -500mV respectively when the
strength of stray current was -15mA, -50mA and -100mA.The anodic polarization degree
increased with the increasing of stray current density. The potential of the
current-out zone was about -1000mV, -870mV and -780mV respectively when cathodic
protection was adopted, Q235 steel was absolute protected, the stray current
corrosion was controlled. Last the accuracy of simulation was proved by compared
simulation results with practical measurement results. So the numerical simulation
technique was an effective, quick and convenient means for stray current corrosion
study.
