Ltd. ，Wuhan 430063 ，China ) Abstract :In PEIA (Plan Environmental Impact Assessment )of urban track traffic ，based on using basic principle of environment selection ，taking plan action and correlative plan of plan object 、plan measure etc. and influencing domain of social economic environment 、eco-environment 、pollution of the environment etc. as array ，the diodematrix of environment selection is established. The plan content 、plan object 、plan measure 、plan shortcoming in plan action and correlative plan 、background environment in influencing domain are analyzed in this paper ，and then the characteristic of PEIA of urban track traffic is analyzed ，the main effect to urban correlative plan 、social economic environment 、eco-environment 、pollution of the environment is discerned. At last ，it propose the main content of PEIA of urban track traffic 、requirement of environment protection route selection and suggestion of plan readjustment.
