Currently, it is the key issues that need for a program to adapt to the current situation to activate and start the whole agricultural e-commerce market. Put forward the agricultural product processing chain, that is storage and transport chain and market chain, we called it three-chain working together which made up by combination of Chinas agricultural e-commerce features and conditions. Through analyzing the use of three-chain working together and its strong features, it will activate the agriculture and commerce. Meanwhile, it will vigorously promote the development of agricultural economy.
