In thevitro col- lagenase degradation experiment, the degradation of collagenwith different crosslink degrees cured by GTA was investigated through thechange of physical appear- ance,analyzingHyp content in thesupernatant and IR spectrum analysis.Theeffects of the GTA crosslinkonthe collagen andthe degradation machinism werestud- ied further. It revealed that the collagen crosslinked with 012%GTA for 1h showed optimum performance of anti- collagenase degradation,which could meet the demands of the biomedical materials.
