Based on the analysis of merits and demerits of domestic and international community construction model ，this paper, taking the Xianjia New Village in Changsha as an example, makes an empirical study on the interest distribution between construction bodies and their interaction with each other. Through the construction of the tripartite Game Theory model, it explores a new model of “G-D-P joint construction”, with a view to improve the new community construction and provide the feasibility for the transformation of old communities and villages in the city.
