Shanxi Institute For  Food And Drug Control, Xi’an 710061)  ABSTRACT: Objective  To review and analyze the clinical cases with adverse drug  reaction, and analysis of the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reactions occur, provide a reference for clinical medication safety. Methods 126 cases of ADR in patients with normal circumstances, the route of administration, drug classes and clinical manifestations and outcome of the classification of our houspital in 2011 were statistically analyzed. Results In 126 cases of ADR, new and serious report with the rate of 45.71%, a total of 62 kinds of drugs involved and mainly of antibacterial drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injection. Conclusion The ADR of our hospital was no significant gender differences; 51-60 years old are more prone to；more susceptible to antimicrobial drugs and intravenous administration compared to other routes of administration, mainly the skin and appendages；the majority of ADR can be cured by treatment.
