Abstract This thesis is focused on the market of Chinese rural land that is consisted ofthe analysis ofthe character ofmarket demand and supplN in the next I give some suggestion and strategy against the existing problem in rural land market．Actually,the Chinese rural land market iS a macroscopic big market that is composed of several parts：cultivated land dealing market and uncultivated land market．On account of different character and operating pattern，I discuss them separately． The thesis iS composed of six chapters． The first chapter diSCUSS rural land institution vicissitudes and basic fea：ttlre of也e rural land market；the second I use economic models to analyze the rural cultivated land markeL including market demand and supply，then indicate that the incompleteness of land ownership is the key factor that influence the running efficiency of the Chinese rural land market；the也ird chapter is focused on the uncultivated land demand for ruralland，as low income in agriculture，the rural land iS inclined to be transferred in to be urban land．The forth chapter,we descript the land expropriation and grant market．111e fifth chapter is the core part of thesis． in this chapter we deduce a conelusion that the inclination of uncultivation of land is obvious and get faster,to prevent such indication， I define the rate of cultivated land and uncultivated 1and which rank the whole ruralland；the sixth chapter I expound on the influence which the incompleteness of land ownership gives to market running efficiency；in the end I give a reasonable equation ofthe price ofrural land． Key word：rural land market cultivated land uncultivated land 2 刖吾 “地者，政之本也”《管子·揆度》。 土地是人类社会赖以生存和发展的自然物质基础。农业的本质特点从根本上 决定了它对土地资源有着强烈的依赖性，农村土地资源的配置机制和效率在很大 程度上决定了农业的发展水平。农业是国民经济的基础，而我国是农民占多数的 国家，因此土地的占有和利用问题不仅关系到农村经济的持续发展和农村社会的 稳定，也关系到整个国民经济的持续发展和全国的稳定。 4 1．绪论 经济活动的最终目的是通过提供商品和服务来满足人类的需要。而人类生产 商品和提供服务的活动受到资源短缺和技术条件的限制。从这个意义上讲，效率 意味着在资源和技术条件限制下尽可能满足人类需要的运行状况。资源配置(包 括土地资源配置)的目标是实现最大效率或最大效益。那么，什么是资源配置的 最大效率呢?弄清这
