论文摘要 本文从心理健康教育层面上进行分析，探讨其中的规律，目的是把 这些规律运用于中学思想政治教育中。本文从心理健康教育的构成、特 点出发，分析情绪、情感产生之心理、社会原因，得出首先通过相互交 流、沟通产生理解，然后，在外教师运用“皮格马利翁”心理效应，在 内中学生运用“自我意象”的心理效应的实践，把郁抑、忧伤等消极心 理，转化融合为高兴、快乐等积极向上的健康心理，避免中学生可能的 向内自虐、乃至自杀；向外不满、仇恨，甚至攻击性的行为，为中学思 想政治工作的指导性、实效性，提供必要的对策。大而言之，社会主义 和谐社会必然要求心理健康教育，小而言之，心理健康教育有利于中学 思想政治教育．． [关键词】 情绪(感) 心理健康教育 实践 中学思想政 治教育 The Harmony of Psychological Heath and the Ideological and Political Education of the Middle Sehool Students Firstly,this paper will analyze the psychological health，especially the harmony of the psychological health，and research the rules of the psychological health．The aim is to apply these rules to the political and ideological domain．It will begin with the structure and characters of the harmony of psychological health，and then give a right de．finition about it．It will further find out what the psychological and social roots of the emotion and feeling are． Secondly,the teachers by using the reflection of Pigomarywon and the students by putting the self-suggestion into practice change some negative feelings such as，depression and sadness into cheers and joys， which belong to positive and healthy thoughts． It will keep the middle school students from committing suicide and self-torture．It can also avoid their hateful and dissatisfied，even attractive action to the outside world．Based on the harmony of psychological health，all of these are supposed to improve the guiding and practical function of the psychological and political education in teaching high school students and offer some necessary C01inter-measures． [key words】 Emotion political psychological health Practice and ideological domain 2 々l亩 心理学把心理现象概括为心理活动过程和个性倾向性两个部份，心理过程是人 脑对客观现实的一种动态反映过程，它包括认识、情感、意志三过程。个性倾向是 具体个人身上表现出来的相对稳定的倾向，主要包含需要，理想信念等。 心理学认为此两部份既有联系又有区别。 由于社会的变化发展，不断进步。健康所包容的方面，会越来越多，并且越来 越精确，在身体健康此基础之上，又增加自我发展与人际关系和谐两个方面。 中学生思想政治教育工作偏重于提高中学生的思想觉悟，注重的是社会要求人 的共性；中学生心理健康教育偏重于解决中学生的心理障碍，完善中学生的个性心 理品质，二者相辅相成。 中学生思想政治教育是研究中学生思想政治品德形成、发展和对中学生进行思 政教育的规律的探索总结。 中学生心理健康教育是对中学生的心理素质和
