论中国物流成本管控现状与对策 ABSTRACT Along with the advance of the economy globlization and the rapid development of Chinese national economy,Chinese enterprises have successfully prompted their management and profit．The logistics has gradually achieved great development，but the level on controlling logistics cost is much lower than the developed country．High logistics cost makes the corporation’S income low,and has a bad effect upon Chinese national economy also．Therefore，the measure must be taken to reduce the cost of logisties，to accelerate the improvement of logistics，to boost up Chinese preponderance on competition． On the first place，the article collects abundance data to analyse the actual dominate of the cost on logistics which includes storage，transport，management and SO on，anatomys what bad influence the high logistics cost does on enterprise and macro economy environment which reduces the ability of their competition，at the same time states the significant meaning to reduce the cost． On the second place，the text comes up three causation about high cost of Chinese logistics which is comprised of change of economy system，behindhand management and short of measure on calculation cost．On the third place，it draws three countermeasures to decrease the high logistics cost，which includes： to reform the macro environment to prompt the logistics，to boost the management to control the logistics cost，to adopt scientific method system to calculate the logistics cost．After taking the above countermeasures，the logistics will actually become the third important profit resource，and will play a key rote on Chinese national economy． 论中国物流成本管控现状与对策 引 言 伴着中国经济的快速发展和日益激烈的市场竞争，多数中国企业的经营理念发生了 可喜的变化，已开始从节约原材料的“第--N润源泉”，降低人力资源成本的“第二利 润源泉”，转向追求降低物流成本的“第三利润源泉”’。但是我国的物流成本一直居离 不下，成了我国物流发展和经济进步的巨大障碍。 在经济全球化的今天，企业物流已呈现网络化、专业化和标准化的特征，物流成本 管理已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素。如果与过去比，中国物流的发展从低到高、 从小到大、发展迅速、成绩卓著，但是这一切并不能够掩盖当前中国运输和货运代理系 统功能严重不足，基础设施与其国家经济地位相比远远没有到位。中国物流高成本弱点 是显而易见的，这也是当前中国在其经济发展道路上美中不足的一个重要方面。 现代企业在生产经营中，
