Based on the cognition of the background of the real estate industry,this paper,by using thetheoryofinspirationandwiththe researchand analysisofinspiringfactors and systems for the management personnel in real estate companies.deals with the problem of the present state ofthe implementation ofthe inspiring system in real estate companies.Then, this paper also points out that problems existing in the inspiring systems should be put forward according to the investigation on the degree of satisfaction of the professional manager in real estate companies.Next,this paper,by borrowing the results from the above analysis and research,analyzes the questionnaires investigating the professional managers of some real estate companies in S city.Moreover,based on the inspiring theory, it analyzes the presentproblems existing in the inspiring systems in real estate companies and puts forward some strategical suggestions. All in all,management of people is the most important,and inspiration is the hard core of management.The real estate company needs to make corresponding strategies in order to adjust themselves to the changing situation ofboth inside and outside,considering not only t11e factors of companies themselves but also the charaeteristics of the industry.The inspiration
