economy,the market of China’s real estate is experiencing the tIansition to a rational
period.Moreover,China’s real estate industry is becoming more canonical and mature,and
consequently the client grows more mature嬲well.As a result of it,the real estate
companies are supplied wim more
development opportunities as well蠲more challenge.and the human resource management
plays a more and more crucial role in the management of real estate companies.Therefore,
many real estate companies ale putting more emphasis on adopting efficient inspiration
means to strengthen their competitive ability.
Based on the cognition of the background of the real estate industry,this paper,by using
thetheoryofinspirationandwiththe researchand analysisofinspiringfactors and systems
for the management personnel in real estate companies.deals with the problem of the
present state ofthe implementation ofthe inspiring system in real estate companies.Then,
this paper also points out that problems existing in the inspiring systems should be put
forward according to the investigation on the degree of satisfaction of the professional
manager in real estate companies.Next,this paper,by borrowing the results from the
above analysis and research,analyzes the questionnaires investigating the professional
managers of some real estate companies in S city.Moreover,based on the inspiring theory,
it analyzes the presentproblems existing in the inspiring systems in real estate companies
and puts forward some strategical suggestions.
All in all,management of people is the most important,and inspiration is the hard core of
management.The real estate company needs to make corresponding strategies in order to
adjust themselves to the changing situation ofboth inside and outside,considering not only
t11e factors of companies themselves but also the charaeteristics of the industry.The
