右美托咪定靶控输注在全膝关节置换术中对血流动力学和术后苏醒时间的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨右美托咪定靶控输注在全膝关节置换术中对血流动力学和术后苏醒时间的影响。方法：选取2014年2月-2015年5月在笔者所在医院行全髋关节置换术的46例患者，按照治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组，每组23例。所有患者均在全麻下手术。观察组术中采用右美托咪定联合丙泊酚靶控输注，对照组采用丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉，比较两组患者的血流动力学指标和术后苏醒时间。结果：观察组输注8、10 min后的平均动脉压、心率、BIS值均明显低于对照组，且输注5 min后的平均动脉压明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的BIS70、BIS80、睁眼时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在全膝关节置换术中采用右美托咪定靶控输注可有效维持血流动力学的稳定，缩短术后苏醒时间。 　　【关键词】 全膝关节置换术； 右美托咪定； 血流动力学； 苏醒 　　中图分类号 R614 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）12-0030-03 　　The Effect of Dexmedetomidine Target Controlled Infusion on Hemodynamics and Postoperative Recovery Time in Total Knee Replacement/MIN Jin-yi.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（12）：30-32 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of Dexmedetomidine target controlled infusion（TCI） on hemodynamics and postoperative recovery time in total knee arthroplasty.Method：From February 2014 to May 2015，46 patients with total hip replacement in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods，23 cases in each group.All patients were operated under general anesthesia.The observation group was given Dexmedetomidine combined with Propofol for target controlled infusion，the control group was given Propofol combined with Fentanyl for anesthesia.The hemodynamic parameters and postoperative recovery time between the two groups were compared.Result：After infusion for 8，10 min，the mean arterial pressure，HR and BIS values of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，and the mean arterial pressure of the observation group after infusion for 5 min was significantly higher than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The BIS70，BIS80 and eye opening time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Dexmedetomidine target controlled
