自发高血压大鼠脉压与心室颤动的关系 　　【摘 要】目的：观察自发高血压大鼠脉压与心室颤动阈值的关系。方法：10周龄雄性自发高血压大鼠共24只，随机分成3组：喂养至18周龄行实验，即18周龄组（ n=8）；喂养至24周龄行实验，即24周龄组（ n=8）；10周龄组（ n=8）；另取8只雄性10周龄Wistar大鼠作为对照组，测量各组大鼠的脉压、心室颤动阈值、心室有效不应期。结果：在自发高血压大鼠中，随着周龄的增长，脉压增大（P0.05），心室颤动阈值逐渐降低（P0.05）。心室颤动阈值与脉压呈负相关（r=-0.85，P0.05）。结论：在自发高血压大鼠中，随着周龄的增长，脉压愈大，心室颤动阈值愈低，易发生恶性室性心律失常，导致心源性猝死。 　　【中图分类号】R541.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-7484（2013）05-0035-02 　　The Relationship between the Pulse Pressure of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats and Ventricular Fibrillation Threshold 　　【Abstract】Objective： To observe the relationship between the pulse pressure of spontaneously hypertensive rats and their ventricular fibrillation threshold. Method： Twenty-four ten-weeks-old spontaneously hypertensive male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups： eighteen-weeks-old group （n=8）， which were fed to eighteen-weeks-old to do the experiment； Twenty-weeks-old group （n=8）， which were fed to twenty-weeks-old to do the experiment； and the 10-weeks-old group （n=8）， and eight 10-weeks-old Wistar male rats as control group. Measure the pulse pressure， the ventricular fibrillation threshold and the ventricular effective refractory periods of the rats of every group. Result： With the growth of age， the pulse pressure of the spontaneously hypertensive rats increased （P0.05）， and the ventricular fibrillation threshold decreased gradually （P0.05）. The ventricular fibrillation threshold and the pulse pressure were of a negative correlation.
