异位妊娠微创手术人性化护理效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 在对异位妊娠微创手术患者的护理过程中行人性化护理措施，观察并评价其临床疗效。方法 选取我院2012年6月～2013年6月收治的168例异位妊娠患者。所有患者均行微创手术，并按知情同意和自主选择原则随机分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组行常规护理，观察组则在常规护理的基础上行人性化护理，比较两组患者的手术状态、并发症发生率、住院时长以及护理满意度。 结果 两组患者的手术状态具有显著性差异（P0.05）；两组患者的术后恢复情况即腹痛消失时间、肛门排气时间以及下床时间均明显缩短（P0.05）；两组患者的并发症发生率分别为8.33%和0.00%（χ2=7.3043，P0.05）；两组患者的住院时长分别为（11.65±1.33）d和（7.12±1.21）d（t=23.0609，P0.05）；两组患者的护理满意度分别为98.81%和86.90%（χ2=6.8050，P0.05）。 结论 人性化护理作为异位妊娠微创手术的重要组成，可有效地调节患者的手术状态、降低并发症的发生、缩短患者的住院时间，对提高患者的护理满意度具有重要意义，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 异位妊娠；微创手术；人性化护理；效果评价 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）36-0084-02 　　The effect assessment of humanized nursing in the minimally invasive surgery for the ectopic pregnancy 　　SHI Xueping1 ZHANG Ke2 　　1.Operation Room，Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Changxing County in Zhejiang Province， Changxing 313100， China；2.Operation Room，Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Zhejiang University，Hangzhou 310006， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of the humanized nursing for the patients with the ectopic pregnancy and treated by the minimally invasive surgery， and to estimate the application value. Methods From June 2012 to June 2013， 184 cases of patients who had ectopic pregnancy were selected in our hospital. All of them were treated by the minimally invasive surgery， and they were were randomly divided into the control group and observation group according to the principle of informed consent and independent choice. The patients belonging to the control group were nusered by the conventional nursing scheme， while the ones in the observation group were nusered by the humanized nursing project in the base of routine nursing.
