双界面金融社保卡COS系统的设计与实现 摘 要 随着物联网、大数据、云计算移动互联网等信息技术的发展金融社保卡金融社保卡在提供了政府及公用事业服务的基础上，增加市民服务等功能，金融功能升级，提高了消费支付、金融应用的安全性。可支持社会保障卡规范、中国金融集成电路卡规范，同时支持金融环境和社保环境，各项应用之间相互独立，能够实现多应用的防火墙隔离机制。With the development of the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing, mobile Internet and other information technologies, smart card applications are constantly expanding. Finance social security card extends the Social Security card application areas, it is convenient for people to enjoy social security benefits and financial services.For the stability of society and the construction of Sapiential City it played a very important role. Finance Social Security card provides government services and public utilities and add the function of public services. With the upgrade of financial functions, the security of consumer payment and financial applications has improved. The research is based on the project of work, the paper is to design a Chip Operating System of Social Security card which has a financial function, the smart card is dual interface chip card and contain social security applications and financial applications. This paper first describes the background of smart card and the current research status of china and foreign countries. The four modules of data transmission, command interpretation, security algorithm and file management are also analyzed in the COS. Then focused on the contactless data transmission and the contact data transmission of COS.The file system and security of finance social security card is analyzed in detal. Finally, put the COS into the environment of verification platform and chip which is to test the randomness of random number and the function of the COS. The final design of COS can compliant Social Security Card Specification and China Financial IC Card Specification (PBOC3.0) also support financial environment and social security environment which are independent of the application and enable multi-application firewall isolation mechanism Keyword
