Abstr act: In this paper, based on many ambiguous and fuzzy factors in airspace cost system of civil aviation, by applying the analytic hi2 erarchy process and t he fuzzy decision theor y, a method combined t he qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis is put forward. T he important and representative indexes of estimation are introduced, the evaluation r esult obtained from the assessments of customers. sat isfaction degree on the present airspace cost system has provided the theoretical instruction and pract ical meaning.
