Abstra ct: At present the lack of the judicial exam ination for adm inistra tion standard docum ents in China, which is contrary to the mode rn adm inistrative legal view, has obvious negative effect. B ring2 ing adm inistration standard docum ents into the judic ial exam ination has p rofound jurisprudence base.
