We recruit experienced and qualified teachers from all over the world. All of our teachers are specially selected by our professional teacher recruitment centers for their friendliness and dynamism. Are the teachers qualified? Our Teachers hold accredited international teacher training certificates from the world famous RSA examination board in Cambridge and Trinity College in London. Teachers also come from our special EF teacher training centers based in Brighton, Manchester, Boston and Sydney. Where are the teachers from? English First teachers come from over the world, including Britain, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. English First also has local Chinese teachers who teach lower level classes. These teachers not only have excellent English skills, but are also qualified teachers who are trained in using the latest modern EF teaching methodology. Our local teachers understand the problems of lower level learners. They are all highly successful English language learners and can pass on their own short cuts, advice and experience to help you feel confident enough to speak to native-like speakers. He/She is not a native speaker! English First carefully screens teachers to make sure that their quality of English is either native speaker or like a native speaker.
