Method with concentrated nitric acid microwave digestion, using standard curve method. Xiebai measured results are rich in essential trace elements in the human body, using this method, recoveries were between 95.00% ~ 102.80%, relative standard deviation (RSD) of less than 2.821 4%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and satisfactory results. MethodsThe sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3, and the contents were determined by calibration curve method. ResultsThe results showed that the Allium macrostemon contains rich trace elements which is necessary for people. The recovery was in the range of 95.00% ~ 102.80% and the RSD was less than 2.821 4%. ConclusionThe method is simple, accuarate and satisfactory.
