Results Of the 60 cases were followed up for 64 patients with lateral fractures are given fracture healing, Jakim score an excellent rate of 83.33%, subjective satisfaction rate of 86.67%. Conclusion wrist external fixator in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture is simple, less complications, short-term results were satisfactory.
