Method with concentrated nitric acid microwave digestion, using standard curve method. The results measured by Huaimi and Polygalaceae are rich in essential trace elements in the human body, using this method, recoveries were between 96.88% ~ 103.64%, relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 2.6727%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and satisfactory results. ResultsThe results showed that the Flos Sophorae Immaturus and Radix Polygalae contained rich trace elements which is necessary for people. The recovery was in the range of 96.88% ~ 103.64% and the RSD was less than 2.6727%. ConclusionThe method is accurate and satisfactory.
