Musculocutaneous nerve and its branches starting point for diameter and length are as follows: musculocutaneous nerve (3.16 ± 0.85) mm, (5.64 ± 4.19) cm; beak brachialis branch (CN): (1.31 ± 0.46) mm, (2.20 ± 1.28 ) cm; biceps branch (BBN): (1.75 ± 0.56) mm, (9.21 ± 2.48) cm; brachialis branch (BN): (1.19 ± 0.45) mm, (1.40 ± 0.32) cm; humerus 2 muscle long head branch (LBBN): (1.57 ± 0.59) mm, (11.77 ± 2.36) cm; biceps brachii short head branch (SBBN): (1.54 ± 0.49) mm, (9.62 ± 2.27) cm; communicating artery ( CB): (2.14 ± 0.46) mm, (12.86 ± 4.51) cm; forearm lateral cutaneous nerve (CALN): (2.16 ± 0.49) mm, (9.87 ± 2.58) cm. Conclusion musculocutaneous nerve and its branches in a larger variation, clinical can musculocutaneous nerve or its branches as a donor repair of brachial plexus and radial nerve or other nerve repair musculocutaneous nerve, but it should be noted that its branches can be free form and length, in order to find a suitable nerve to facilitate the anastomosis.
