 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 19 Myelodysplastic syndrome associated factors in patients with serum levels of angiogenesis research 【Abstract】 In order to study myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) patients with serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) levels, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test detected 43 cases of MDS patients serum. The results show that, MDS patients with VEGF, bFGF in serum were significantly higher than the normal controls, RAEB, RAEBT group were significantly higher than RA, RAS group, RAEBT group and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) group VEGF, bFGF was no significant difference. VEGF, bFGF levels and peripheral blood cells of patients involved, the relevant proportion of bone marrow progenitor cells, VEGF and bFGF positive correlation (r = 0.539, P lt;0.01). Conclusion: MDS patients with VEGF, bFGF increased the level of types and prognosis of MDS.
