Methods 40 patients the initial surgical treatment of ovarian cancer patients, surgical treatment were used to speed up the recovery (speed up the recovery group, 20 patients ) and traditional perioperative treatment (conventional group, 20 cases) were compared bowel function recovery time, complications, postoperative hospital stay to start chemotherapy the day before or after the number. The results speed up the recovery group early in the recovery of intestinal function traditional group, the difference was significant (P lt;0.05); the incidence of complications between the two groups were not significant (P = 0.418); accelerated rehabilitation group with an average postoperative hospital stay or surgery to the start time was significantly less than traditional chemotherapy group, the difference was significant (P = 0.002). Conclusion speed up the recovery of ovarian cancer surgery used in the perioperative period is safe and feasible to speed up recovery after an early chemotherapy.
