Methods Rats were fed (ig) and intravenous (iv) paeonol 10 mg / kg, in blood samples collected at different times after administration, HPLC determination of plasma concentration, DAS 2.0 software to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters. The results in rats after ig and iv paeonol, AUC0-∞ of (18.13 ± 4.78) and (62.70 ± 6.05) mg * L-1 * min-1, t1/2z, respectively (23.37 ± 8.73) and (52.01 ± 11.70) min, MRT0-∞ were (28.07 ± 8.68) and (47.37 ± 7.45) min; ig paeonol Tmax and absolute bioavailability, respectively (5.0 ± 0.00) min and 28.92%.
