Method using chemiluminescence immunoassay measured in 50 patients with esophageal cancer serum CEA, CA125, CA19 9, HCG before surgery, 1 w, 1,3 months level, and with 10 healthy subjects as control group. Results of esophageal cancer CEA, CA125, CA19 9 preoperative serum levels were significantly higher than the control group (all P lt;0.01), HCG normal preoperative serum levels and no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); esophageal cancer CEA, CA125, CA19 9 after 1 w, 1,3 months after the serum was significantly lower than preoperative levels (all P lt;0.05), HCG after 1 w, 1,3 months after surgery and preoperative serum levels of serum There was no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); esophageal cancer CEA, CA125, CA19 9 after 1 month, 3 months after the normal level and there was no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); esophageal cancer patients with CEA, CA125, CA19 9 preoperative serum levels and clinical stage were positively correlated (P lt;0.05); esophageal cancer CEA, CA125, CA19 9 positive rate of preoperative serum levels and tumor differentiation was not significant (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion The preoperative and postoperative patients with esophageal cancer CEA, CA125, CA19 9 levels in serum dynamic monitoring can be used as indicators of surgical treatment for clinical monitoring.
