Methods: Conventional isolation and culture of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and lymphocytes, inactivated after mesenchymal stem cells and 48h after mixed lymphocyte culture, MTT assay of relative cell number of lymphocytes, Hoechst 33258 nuclear staining. Results: MTT results showed that MSCs group OD value added was significantly lower than the control group plus MSCs (p lt;0.05.Hoechst 33258 staining showed that MSCs group of lymphocytes with nuclear condensation and apoptotic bodies. Conclusion: MSCs inhibit the proliferation of lymphocytes, the mechanism may be related to cell apoptosis.
