Cause of injury: V-belt twisting injuries in 16 cases 32 fingers, 18 refers to traffic accidents 15 cases, 13 cases of blunt injury 16 refers to children 6 refers to six cases of accidental injury. 2 Clinical Care 2.1 Preoperative preparation For finger patients, the shorter the time delay, the higher their survival rate. Nurses should be prepared to immediately work as usual, the nurse should immediately implement doctor’s orders, the fastest so that patients entered the operating room as soon as possible, to gain time to increase replantation survival chance. 2.2 Psychological care Severe trauma can cause the body physical, psychological changes in different degrees, or even mood disorders [1], and finger amputation and more for emergency, short of patients and their families are di
