The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 286nm.Results A good linear range was shown at the concentration of salvianolic acid B from 20.22 to 161.76μ g / ml (r = 0.9999). The average recovery rate was 100.86% (RSD = 1.6%, n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Jianganling capsules.
