Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and can be used to control the quality of bone capsules. The detection wavelength was at 320 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Results The calibration curves of Ferulic acid was linear in the range of 6 ~ 60 μg / mL (r = 0.999 9) . The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Jiegu Capsule.
