Approach to the male mice tail vein injection of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG, each mouse 0.025 mg), 12 d after tail vein injection of LPS 4 μg, the establishment of immunological liver injury model, injection of LPS before the gavage in mice given different scutellarin dose (50 mg * kg-1, 100 mg * kg-1), 1 times / d, a continuous 12 d. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity, calculation of the liver, spleen, thymus index, and conduct examination of liver tissues. Results scutellarin can significantly inhibit the immunological liver injury in mice serum ALT activity scutellarin can significantly reduce the liver injury in mice liver index and spleen index, reduce the liver pathology and injury. Conclusion scutellarin right BCG + LPS-induced immunological liver injury in mice has obvious protective effect.
