【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the selectivity of supercritical extraction of active ingredients of the feasibility of snow lotus, reports supercritical fluid extraction of volatile oil yield and composition, predicted physiological role of extract. Methods extraction rate as an indicator of the extraction pressure, extraction time, extraction temperature to do single-factor study, and 10 MPa and 20 MPa extraction pressure to do extract GC-MS analysis. The results of appropriate extraction conditions: 20 MPa, 45 ℃, dynamic extraction of 2.5 h, the Xinjiang Snow Lotus essential oil of super critical extraction rate (2.49%) than water vapor method (0.08%) high, and the selectivity. Conclusion This study Xuelian laid the foundation for comprehensive development.

Abstract: ObjectiveTo discuss the feasibility of solution extracting active components of Saussures involucrate by supercritical carbon dioxide.Establish a method for further medical application studying and developing of the Saussures involucrate.MethodsSupercritical fluid extraction (SFE) ability was investigated.Main extraction efficiency effects: pressure (10-30MP), temperature (30 ~ 55 ℃) and time (0.5 ~ 3 h) were determined.Volatile constituents were analysed by GC-MS.ResultsThe Appropriate highest yield of volatile components was 2.56%, much higher than vapor distillation way . The best results were obtained: pressure 20MP, temperature45 ℃, time 2.5 h.ConclusionThe total essential oil were separated and identi
