1, Gordon divergent thinking training in teaching mode
By W * J * Gordon and his colleagues designed to complete the “divergent thinking training” teaching is a very interesting and enjoyable ways to foster innovative thinking ability. Essence of this approach is to allow students to learn together to solve problems and self-development. Teaching and training in peacetime, students tend to use “analogy” to “play” and thus to relax and begin to enjoy more and more figurative form of the fun of comparison, and then students use analogies to solve the problem.
Gordon put the basis of divergent thinking training, based on four assumptions: first, the importance of creativity is also manifested in their daily activities. Gordon has stressed that creativity is our daily work and leisure part of life. His model is used to improve students problem-solving abilities, creative expression of power, interpersonal communication, and insight to the social relations. Secondly, the creative process is nothing mysterious. It can be described as out, but also directly through the training to enhance people’s creativity. Gordon believes that if every student can understand the basis of the creative process, they can learn to live and study in their own work so in the future use of this understanding, independently or collectively to improve their creativity.
