/ . 586 . 中华神经科杂志 2012 年 8 月第 45 卷第 8 期 Chin J Neurol , August 2012 , Vol. 45 No. 8 ·神经遗传· 基因学快速检测脑脊液常见 细菌感染的方法 管义祥沈剑虹居兴云吴德模丁锦荣仲悦萍张呜飞张春秀 [摘要] 目的 探讨基因芯片技术对于颅内感染致病菌快速检测的应用价值。方法 选择 4 种常见致病菌以及 6 种常见耐药基因的特异 DNA 序列设计相应的引物与探针，对 30 例颅内感染患 者的脑脊液标本(脑脊液培养阳性 12 例.阴性 18 例)进行多重 PCR 扩增、基因芯片检测，进行菌种鉴 定和耐药基因检测，与脑脊液细菌培养及药敏检测结果进行比较。结果 15 例标本鉴定出菌种并检 出耐药基因 :8 例未鉴定出菌种但检出细菌及耐药基因 ;7 例未检出细菌及耐药基因。结论 基因芯 片可以相对灵敏、快速地用于颅内感染患者脑脊液中致病菌检测。 [关键词] 中枢神经系统细菌感染: 脑脊髓液; 寡核昔酸序列分析; 多重聚合酶链反应; 抗药性，细菌 Rapid detection of common bacterial ìnfections of cerebrospinal Ouid by genetics approach GUAN Yi -xiang 栋 ?
