Cementoblastoma is an uncommon disease, representing only 1–8% of all odontogenic tumours. Furthermore, this tumour is especially uncommon in children, as only ?ve cases have been reported in this age group. Here, we describe a case of cementoblastomaarisinginthemaxillaofan8-year-oldboy,thatwastreatedwithapartialmaxillectomy.Thepatient’sfacial appearancehasremainedsatisfactory,andthetumourhasnotrecurredinthe9yearsaftertheoperation. 1.Introduction 3.0cm×2.5cmandextendedoverthemidlineofthehard palate. The overlying mucosa showed slight redness, and the ?rst and second premolars were displaced toward the buccal side.
