The relatíon is the basîc as- sumption of fîeld theory. Uníversity governance is involved in many stakeholders and diverse relatîons , which îs the premise of the introduction of the field to the university governance. Based on the research framework of fíeld theory , universíty governance fíelds are involved ín four capîtal types (cultural capítal , economíc capital , social capital and symbolic capítaD , which have theír own behavioral Iogic (the habítués of knowledge , money , power and influence) , and constitute a multidimensional network and arena field around the relations of autono- my. control. efficiency , equity , idea and benefit.
