On the Sociology of teachers groups the lack of motivation theory
Abstract: The teacher is a kind of social collective action on behalf of the dissertation. From a sociological sense, teachers, teachers as an incentive than an isolated individual to consider their enthusiasm and mobility, but to society as a whole context, to consider how the pursuit of a group of teachers incentive effects. Inspire not only from the teachers, teacher needs, expectations, value on the individual psychological differences, more importantly, from the teachers, in which the identity, status, region, culture, economy, nature of the work as a whole sociological sense of group sexual motivation.

I. Introduction
Incentives, mainly refers to stimulate people’s motives, makes the existence of a intrinsic motivation towards the desired goal of the process of mental activity.
