Abstract: China’s English language learners from English-speaking countries with the course of those exchanges often confused about their own say so, whether the English word or a grammatical structure are correct, but the response is not satisfactory. The reason is because many students are not very concerned about the culture of English-speaking countries. Due to the impact of thinking patterns of Chinese and Chinese culture and mind-set of constraints and a lack of foreign language teaching and learning environment, the Chinese English learners are from the Chinese point of view, consciously or unconsciously use of Chinese expressions habits of thinking, communication in English from the Chinese culture and starting, talking is often not enough decent, misuse, misunderstanding or misleading phenomenon frequently occurs, so that cross-cultural communication blocked.
This paper begins by describing the relationship between language education and culture, and then analyzed the current cross-cultural communication in oral English teaching capacity-building of the status quo Finally, oral teaching to improve cross-cultural communicative competence measures.
