Accession to the World Trade Organization, China will become increasingly open, in all aspects of being with the world, therefore more necessary than ever before, international personnel. Foreign language education, the social environment will significantly improve foreign language education, the objectives and requirements are also higher. Foreign talent will also be fierce competition in the era of knowledge economy has become the mainstay of world economic development. China’s demand for foreign language professionals will become the focus of global competition for talent. English as our secondary and tertiary education in an important basis for curriculum and their teaching quality is directly related to the quality of our talent in the 21st century. Over the past decade, China’s English teaching has achieved some success, but the overall level of English language teaching and socio-economic development needs of the situation there is still a large gap. Ever-changing social life, require us to use a scientific approach to co-ordinate the planning of English “through-train” teaching. This article is in this context, combined with results of the study language acquisition at home and abroad, put forward a sound China’s “one-stop”
