高 教 学 刊 高 职 论 坛 JournalofHigherEducation 2017年7期 基于供给侧改革的高职教育结构优化探究 王 威 (辽宁建筑职业学院，辽宁 辽阳 111000) 摘 要：在我国全面深化经济改革的过程中，供给侧结构改革是其重要举措，通过对供给侧约束和限制的有效化 解，大大提升了供给结构对需求变化的适应性，促进 了经济结构调整与优化升级。就 目前的高职教育的发展情况来 看，大都具有层次结构设置单一，专业结构性过剩、结构布局不合理等问题，应坚守与经济发展相适应、适度超前、协 同发展的原则，根据产业结构优化调整与技术发展创新的要求，促进高职教育结构改革的优化升级，合理规划职业教 育的专业结构设置，构建与经济发展相适应的结构布局，促使高职院校发展扎根于产业升级，为区域经济发展提供支 撑服务。 关键词：供给侧改革；高职教育；产业结构；教育结构 中图分类号：G640 · 文献标志码 ：A 文章编号 ：2096—00ox(2017)07—0176—02 Abstract：In the processofdeepeningeconomicreform in China，supply—sidestructuralrefomr isan important measure．Through theeffective resolution ofsupply-sideconstraintsand restrictions，the supply structure hasgreatly improvedtheadaptabilitytodemandchanges，andpromotedtheeconomicsturctureadjustmentandoptimizationand upgrading．Inview ofthecurrentdevelopmentofhighervocationaleducation，mostofthem havetheproblemsofsin— glesturcture sturcture，excessively professionalsturcture and irrationalsturcture．Weshould stickto theprinciple of adapting to economic development，moderately advancingand coordinating development，according to therequirement ofadjustmentandoptimizationofindustrial sturctureandtechnicaldevelopmentandinnovation，promotetheoptimiza- tion andupgradingofthestructuralrefomr ofvocational education，rationallyplan theprofessionalsturctureofvoca- tional education，andconstructthesturcturallayoutsuitablefortheeconomicdevelopment，andpromotethedevelop- mentofhighervocationalcolleges，providingsuppo~ servicestoregionaleconomicdevelopment． Keywords：Supply-siderefomr ；highervocationaleducation；industrialsturcture；educational sturcture 一 、 基于供给侧改革的高职教育新困局 置以及学分互认方面还有待完善，因此这种人才培养方式不 (一)产业结构升级过快，层次结构较为单一 过是本科教育实
